These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DOLY Studio ("the site") and its products, including DOLY Session, DOLY Poll, DOLY Meet, DOLY Board, DOLY Timer, and DOLY Note. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

DOLY Studio provides a platform of free online collaboration tools:

• DOLY Session — Live collaboration rooms with real-time boards, polls, notes, and timers.
• DOLY Poll — Create and share instant polls with real-time voting results.
• DOLY Meet — Schedule meetings by finding the best time across participants' availability.
• DOLY Board — Create shared kanban boards for task management with real-time collaboration.
• DOLY Timer — Countdown timer and stopwatch with Pomodoro mode.
• DOLY Note — Online notepad with Markdown support and sharing.

All products are accessible through a web browser. Core features work without registration; optional Google sign-in enables content management.

2. Acceptable Use

All products on the site are free to use. When using our services, you agree to:

• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Not create polls, events, or boards with illegal, harmful, harassing, or abusive content
• Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service
• Not use automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to place excessive load on the service
• Not attempt to compromise the security of the site or exploit vulnerabilities
• Not impersonate other users or submit false information

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create on DOLY Studio, including poll questions, event details, board tasks, and comments. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

By creating content on DOLY Studio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content as part of the service (e.g., showing poll results to voters, sharing board tasks with collaborators).

4. Product-Specific Disclaimers

DOLY Poll

Poll results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of voting results. Duplicate vote prevention is based on browser fingerprinting and is not foolproof. Do not rely on DOLY Poll for legally binding votes, elections, or decisions requiring verified identity.

DOLY Meet

DOLY Meet helps coordinate meeting times but does not create calendar invitations, send email notifications, or guarantee participant attendance. The "Best Time" recommendation is an algorithmic suggestion based on submitted availability and should not be treated as a confirmed appointment. Users are responsible for confirming meeting details through their own communication channels.

DOLY Board

DOLY Board is a lightweight task management tool and is not intended as a replacement for enterprise project management software. We do not guarantee data persistence for boards created without sign-in. Board password protection provides basic access control only and should not be relied upon for sensitive or confidential information.

5. General Disclaimer

The tools and results provided by DOLY Studio are intended for reference and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any tool output.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including design, code, text, images, and branding — is the property of DOLY Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Content you create through our tools (poll results, meeting schedules, task boards) belongs to you and may be used freely for any purpose.

7. Advertising

8. Service Modifications

DOLY Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, improvement, or operational reasons. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused by such changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
